How we tested this website
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.2 level A and level AA to test how accessible www.bookmyskillsforenglish.com is.
We tested the service based on a user's ability to complete standard registration and booking journeys. All parts of the chosen journeys were tested, including documents.
In August 2024, the Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) conducted an audit of a representative booking and registration journey on www.bookmyskillsforenglish.com, from which accessibility issues listed above were identified.
What we’re doing to improve Accessibility
By Implementing continuous improvements, accessibility checkpoints, and regular releases, PSI are fixing content which fails to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
Our next Accessibility Audit is planned for August 2024 with a third-party auditor to ensure the site can be used by non-standard users (screen readers, non-mouse and zoomed in)
